  1. I have yet to be able to figure out how to add subcategories as described in the app. I can’t enter locations either. Please tell me what I am missing. I am using the paid version and so far i can’t make it work as described.

Thanks for any help you can give.

  2. Milli,
I wrote some usage instructions at iFroze.TwoOldBeans.com/instructions

To add a subcategory, tap the “name” label of the category you wish to add to.
Clarification: Tapping the expansion arrow “>” brings up detail for the item you are looking at, not adding to the item (as per Apple Interface Requirements).

After you add an item (inside a category/subcategory), tap the item again to edit its information, including location.

  3. Hi guys, downloaded the app and so far so good. I have created a freezer, fridge and pantry store fantastic just what I have been looking for. Of corse as any helpful user does I have some suggestions 1. I am unable to enter half measurements ie when there Is only half a bag of chicken nuggets left. And 2. It would be great to have a search feature ie is there butter in the freezer or just the fridge.
    Thanks guys

  4. The “open package” suggestion is the driver for our next release. We have a fair bit of work, but it will be worth it. We are also looking into searching for products.

  5. Hi!
I downloaded the full app earlier and have set up my freezer contents categories and sub-categories. I have given them all the location “freezer 1”. So far so good! Now I’d like to set up my fridge contents with “fridge” as their location but I can’t figure out how to add a location.
